Read dates before translating the reason
A holiday notice may contain a range such as 9월 16일~18일, meaning September 16 through 18. Look for 부터 (buteo, from) and 까지 (kkaji, until). A sentence such as 9월 19일부터 정상 영업 means normal business resumes from September 19.
Do not ignore the year when viewing a photo or cached map post. 금일 means "today," but today belongs to the date when the notice was posted, not necessarily the date when you discovered the image. The dictionary's 금일 examples include 금일 휴무 and 금일 휴업, showing the formal notice style.
